Inspirational Invites was established in 2006 in Shrewsbury. Here at Inspirational
Invites we are committed to creating your unique Wedding Stationery whether you have
a specific idea or you would like to adapt any of our own designs to match your wedding
We create beautiful and elegant stationery which will be admired by all of your guests,
and will set the tone for your special day.
As a guide, we recommend you send out your invitations 8-10 weeks prior to your Wedding.
(Please see our Stationery Planning Guide, to give you a rough idea on planning your
own wedding stationery).
However, if your wedding is abroad or falls on a Bank Holiday you might consider
sending them out earlier. When ordering the final numbers of invitations it is advisable
to order a couple of extras, but if you do require more at a later date this is not
a problem and will not incur an additional fee, other than the price of the extra
invitations and the postage.
RSVP or Reply Cards encourage your guests to respond quickly and with the minimum
of effort. All RSVP card envelopes have a printed return address label attached.
Order of Service
Our Order of Services come fully printed with your unique contents. Some designs
have a text box on the cover with specific details. (Name of the Bride and Groom,
the date of the Wedding, time and location). If these details are not on the cover
then they will be printed inside the first page. Please ensure the contents of the
Order of Service is approved by your Church. We recommend ordering one Order of Service
per couple, however it is advisable for your wedding party (Bridesmaids, Best Man,
ushers etc,) have one each. Don’t forget about yourselves and the Vicar.
As with the Order of Service, please ensure all details are confirmed with your venue.
We recommend one or two Menu’s per table, depending on the number of guests on each
table. Alternatively, if your guest have pre-ordered their menu, then we can combine
your guests place name card with their individual printed menu. The price of these
would be the menu price, plus 75p. If you would like to enclose a menu card in your
invitation, so that your guests can select their menu in advance. Please contact
us for details.
Place Cards can be left blank or we can print your guests names on them at no extra
charge. They are decorated to match your chosen design. Instead for a Place Card
you may wish to consider adding a Place Tag to your Favour.
You will only need one table name/number card for each table. These are printed in
black ink and co-ordinate with each design, they are single sided and can either
stand alone or can be placed in a holder (not supplied).
Thank You Cards
All of our Thank You Cards are supplied with a blank insert attached inside, so you
can write your own personal thank you messages inside. We recommend ordering your
thank you cards after your wedding. We generally require two weeks to complete.
Envelopes Envelopes come with all of our invitations, Save the Date Cards, RSVP and Thank You Cards.
Delivery Postage will be charged according to the weight once packaged. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature. Please note that if you are posting your invitations, please be aware that some design have raised materials and will need to have a large letter stamp, due to the thickness.
